The hotel is located in Mahipalpur and is close to the airport. It's good for an overnight / short-term stay. When we arrived, we found that the room wasn't clean. We requested the hotel staff to clean our room, give us clean towels and bedspreads, and we oversaw them doing it. We also requested them to clean the elevator and the hallway as they were dirty. The staff listened and tried their best to clean as requested. The service desk is helpful. The breakfast was good. The air-conditioner and fan work well (needed in the Delhi humidity). The shower did not work and the water pressure was extremely low. By improving cleanliness (especially during times of COVID), following COVID protocols, and regularly maintaining the rooms, the hotel could have been much better.

Very Good to Stay in a such beautiful place nearby all facilities available. Stay with free mind for any purpose here. I Stay here so many times, hotel staff are so cooperative and support for requirements.

Food and service are overpriced. Coffee was served in unclean cups. Geyser was not working in the bathroom at morning times. Reception and other housekeeping work was good and satisfactory. Room was clean.

Everything is so good about this place. From staffs, to the cencept of the room, cleanliness for sure. Restaurant was also opened in the mid night and served us dinner at 11 PM in the night during stay.
